On Wednesday October I,2014 shortly after 8:00 PM officers from the Sarnia Police Service Vice Unit assisted by detectives and uniform officers executed a drug search warrant in the 200 block of Maxwell Street. Once inside officers arrested a year 38 old male and a 34 year old female. Police discovered over 27 grams of suspected methamphetamine with an estimated street value of approximately $3300.00 along with a small amount of suspected hydromorphone and marihuana.
The male party faces one count of trafficking, 3 counts of possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of breaching his Probation conditions.
The female was charged with trafficking and 3 counts of possession of a Controlled Substance.
They are both being held for a bail hearing.
