On Wednesday October 1, 2014 shortly after 3:00 PM Sarnia Police Service C.O.P.P.S Branch officers went to an address in the 1600 block of London Line to check on a male under house arrest. During a conversation with the man officers noted a freshly painted bicycle at the residence. A quick computer check of the serial number revealed that the bicycle had been reported stolen in June of 2014.
The 46 year old Sarnia man was arrested for Possession of Stolen Property and held for a bail hearing
