The Sarnia Police Service responded to approximately 197 calls for service over the weekend. Some of these calls included the following:
8 – 911 Hang-ups
10 – Alarms
10 – Ambulance assists
5 – Disturb the peace
22 – Domestic disputes
9 – Family disputes
12 – Mischief
15 –Person welfare / well-being
5 – Traffic complaints
4 – Trespass to property
11 – Unwanted person
Road officers conducted approximately 17 routine traffic stops for various driving related concerns. Officers issued 7 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) over the weekend for various offences.
