Over the course of the weekend the Sarnia Police Service responded to 198 calls for service. Calls included the following:
6 – Alarms
8 – Ambulance Assists
8 – Disturb the Peace
8 – Domestic Disputes
6 – Mischiefs
8 – Motor Vehicle Collisions
12 – Person Welfare / Well – Being Checks
4 – Shoplifters
9 – Thefts
12 – Trespass to Property
16 – Unwanted Persons
Road officers conducted approximately 14 routine traffic stops for various driving related concerns. Officers issued 12 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) over the weekend for various infractions.
