The Sarnia Police Service Youth Branch and Criminal Investigation Branch received information yesterday involving an incident with some serious threats being made.
According to information received at this time four youth high school females have received threats via social media directed at them and their family. Detectives are currently and actively looking into the matter and have an unconfirmed party believed to be male who they are looking into.
We are asking for assistance from any witness that may assist in the investigation and would like them to contact 519-344-8861, extension 5300, or Sarnia Lambton Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
