On Tuesday, November 24, 2015 just before 9:30 p.m. a Sarnia Police officer stopped a motor vehicle on Confederation Street near Vidal Street. As a result of the subsequent traffic investigation a 19 year old Sarnia man was arrested and charged with driving a motor vehicle while impaired by a drug, and possession of marijuana. Brandon KELSO was released to appear in a Sarnia court at a later date.
