The Sarnia Police Traffic Unit is investigating a Monday night collision on Confederation Line.
Sarnia Police, Sarnia Fire and Rescue along with Lambton EMS responded to a single vehicle collision in the area of the 1900 block of Confederation Line on Monday October 26, 2015 around 7:50 p.m. The vehicle had been on a private road which runs north off Confederation Line when it left the roadway and ended up in a ditch. The 70 year old male driver was found by a citizen to be unresponsive and the citizen began performing CPR until emergency services arrived. The man was taken to Bluewater Health and was pronounced dead at the hospital. The Sarnia Police Service Traffic Unit continues to investigate.
The vehicle the man had been driving is described as a 2007 black GMC Sierra pickup truck.
