The Sarnia Police Service continues to investigate an overnight robbery that occurred on Exmouth Street.
Just before 12:00 a.m. on Monday October 26, 2015 a woman was making a business deposit at a financial institution in the 1300 block of Exmouth Street when she was approached by a lone male. The male had a hoodie up and his face partially covered at the time. He began yelling at the woman who dropped the deposit bag, which the man grabbed before fleeing on foot. Sarnia Police assisted by the Ontario Provincial Police Canine Unit conducted a search of the area but did not locate the suspect.
The male suspect is described as being approximately 5’10’ wearing a black hoodie, black mask, black jeans and black running shoes.
