On October 14, 2015, Jared Denis FEDORA, of Sarnia was arrested by the Sarnia Police Service and subsequently charged with:
- Invitation to Sexual Touching
- Sexual Interference
- Corrupting a Child
- Sexual Assault
These offences occurred in Sarnia between March 2013 and March 2015.
On October 19, 2015 FEDORA was released from Sarnia Court on a Recognizance of Bail. He has been ordered, in part, to abide by the following conditions.
- Not to have contact directly or indirectly with the victim.

Remain in his residence 24 hours per day
- Not to be in the company of or communicate, directly or indirectly, by any physical, electronic or other means with females under the age of 16 years, unless in the presence of a surety.
- Not to attend a public park or public swimming area where persons under the age of 16 years are present or can reasonably be expected to be present, or a daycare centre, school ground, playground or community centre.
- Not seek, obtain or continue with any paid or unpaid activity that involves being in a position of trust or authority towards persons under the age of 16 years.
- Not to possess any weapons as defined by the Criminal Code.
