Sarnia Police arrested a 25 year old man on Saturday October 24, 2015 just after 4:00 a.m. for having care and control of a motor vehicle while impaired.
The man was found asleep in the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle parked on Upper Canada Drive. The man displayed signs of impairment and was taken to the Sarnia Police Station to obtain breath samples. Test indicated the man was over one and a half times the legal limit.
Joshua Kleinsmith of Sarnia faces charges of having care and control while impaired and having care and control while over the legal limit.
