The Sarnia Police Service, Sarnia Fire and Rescue along with Lambton EMS responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Vidal Street near Wellington Street last night.
Just after 10:00pm June 18, 2015 the truck travelling south left Vidal Street between Davis Street and Wellington Street then collided with a tree. A 30 year old male passenger was ejected from the truck and the 29 year old male driver had to be extricated by Fire and Rescue. The two males along with a 28 year old female passenger were all transported to Bluewater Health with non-life threatening injuries. The driver was arrested for impaired driving and later provided a breath sample indicating he was over the legal limit to drive.
Joshua Brown of Sarnia has been charged with two counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm, two counts of driving over the legal limit causing bodily harm and two counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
