On Friday February 13, 2015 just before 10:00 p.m. Sarnia Police responded to the area of East Street and London Road. Members of the public had reported a car stuck in a snowbank on East Street just south of London Road. When officers arrived it appeared the driver ,a 38 year old Sarnia man, was impaired. The man was arrested and taken to the police station to provide breath samples. The man provided samples which indicated he was over two and a half times the legal limit to drive.
Timothy Nickels-Thomson faces charges of Impaired Driving and Driving with over 80mg.
