On Friday, February 22, 2013 around 8 PM, members of the Vice Branch, assisted by uniformed officers, entered a home in the 200 block of Maxwell Street to execute a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant. Inside, three females were arrested.
Crystal methamphetamine was found in the kitchen upon entry. After initial investigation two of the females were released unconditionally. A 48 year old woman who lived at the residence was transported to police headquarters. A further search at the location netted 246 tablet of Dilaudid and 69 capsules of Morphine. The drugs have a street value of about $9,620. Over $2,500 in cash was also found.
Nathalie Josee Landry-Sutherland is facing charges of Possession of Morphine for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Dilaudid for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Methamphetamine. She was held for bail.
