Sarnia Police responded to a four vehicle collision on Monday August 11, 2014 just before 6:00PM at the intersection of Indian Road and Rosedale Avenue.
A vehicle driven by a 67 year old Sarnia man failed to stop for a red light while travelling north on Indian Road and collided with a vehicle going west on Rosedale Road. The car which was struck then collided with two other vehicles stopped for the red light in the south bound lanes of Indian road before hitting a pole. Sarnia Fire and Rescue attended and extricated the driver, a 19 year old female. The young lady and her passenger were then transported to Bluewater Health with non-life threatening injuries.
The Sarnia man was issued a ticket for Failing to Stop for a Red Light.
