On July 16, 2014, a local business in the 1300 block of Exmouth in the City of Sarnia had a lone male enter the store and proceed to steal over $500.00 worth of electronic merchandise. Fortunately the store was able to capture the man on video with a clear image.
Then on today’s date the same man returned to the same store and attempted the same act of stealing more merchandise. Fortunately, this time, staff were aware of who he was and were able to contact the Sarnia Police Service before he got away. A forty five year old man was arrested for 2 counts of theft under five hundred along with breaching his probation and his Recognizance for other pending charges.
The male will be held for a bail hearing tomorrow morning.
