A 48 year old Forest man was arrested yesterday after an alert Loss Prevention Officer observed him committing a fraud.
On Monday June 23, 2014 around 10:00AM the Loss Prevention Officer watched as the accused picked up a discarded sales receipt in the parking lot of a Quinn Drive business. The man then entered the store and selected items matching those listed on the receipt. He then went to a cashier and requested a refund and then left the store with the cash refund.
The accused was arrested for Fraud and also charged for Breaching his Probation. He was held for a Bail Hearing and will appear in court later today.
