On June 8, 2022 a disturbing message was found on the property of Northern Collegiate Institute and Vocational School located at 940 Michigan Avenue in the City of Sarnia. In the interest of safety, the school was closed today with staff and students moving to remote learning.
As result of investigation by Sarnia Police Service detectives, two youths who cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act have been arrested and charged in relation to this incident. The Sarnia Police believe this was an isolated incident and there is no ongoing threat to staff and students at the school.
