Over the course of the weekend, the Sarnia Police Service responded to approximately 233 calls for service. Calls included the following:
10 – Alarms
10 – Ambulance assists
14 – Mental Health related calls
6 – Break and enter calls
13 – Disturb the peace
9 – Domestic disputes
4 – Mischief
6 – Neighbour disputes
7 – Noise complaints
12 – Person welfare / well-being checks
8 – Thefts
11 – Traffic complaints
9 – Trespass to property
30 – Unwanted persons
Road officers conducted approximately 25 routine traffic stops for various driving-related concerns. Officers also issued 4 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) over the weekend for various offences.
