Over the course of the weekend the Sarnia Police Service responded to 235 calls for service. Calls included the following:
18 – Alarms
6 – Ambulance assists
12 – Disturb the peace
20 – Domestic disputes
4 – Family Disputes
5 – Mischief
11 – Noise complaints
7 – Person welfare / well-being checks
3 – Thefts
13 – Traffic related calls
13 – Trespass to property
16 – Unwanted persons
Road officers conducted approximately 65 routine traffic stops for various driving related concerns. Officers issued 46 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) over the weekend for various offences.
