The Sarnia Police Service responded to approximately 238 calls for service over the course of the weekend. Calls included the following:
13 – Alarms
8 – Ambulance assists
11 – Disturb the peace
18 – Domestic disputes
6 – Family disputes
7 – Mischief
6 – Neighbour disputes
7- Noise complaints
16 – Person welfare / well-being
8 – Thefts
14 – Traffic complaints/enforcements
9 – Trespass to property
12 – Unwanted persons
Road officers conducted approximately 44 routine traffic stops for various driving related concerns. Officers issued 34 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) over the weekend for various offences.
