The Sarnia Police are seeking the help of the public in locating Jessica Willman, who is 38 years of age.
Willman is described as being 5′ 5″ tall with a medium build. She has shoulder length dark brown hair with tattoos of flowers and names on her right arm.
Willman is considered a “Vulnerable Person” and the Sarnia Police are concerned regarding her well-being. Willman is also blind in one eye.
