A short procession in memory of retired firefighter Rick Fraser will take place today at 4pm on East Street North across from the fire hall.
The section of East Street North between London Road and Bright Street will be closed to traffic for approximately 30 minutes starting at 3:30pm. All approaching traffic to this area will be re-directed during this brief time.
