On October 25, 2020, at approximately 10:15 AM, Sarnia Police responded to an unresponsive 69-year-old female located at the bottom of a rear entrance landing in the 900 block of Colborne Road. A short time later she was pronounced deceased. It was determined that the victim had succumb to the injuries sustained during the fall.
The investigation continued and recently further information arose which led to the arrest of a suspect in this matter.
On October 31, 2020, at approximately 12:15 PM, Timothy Shaun Nahmabin, 42 years of age, of Sarnia, is in custody for second degree murder. This investigation is ongoing.
