Over the course of the weekend Sarnia Police responded to 211 calls for service. Calls included the following:
9 – 911 Hang-ups
10 – Alarms
12 – Ambulance assists
8 – Disturb the peace
13 – Domestic disputes
8 – Family disputes
6 – Motor Vehicle collisions
8 – Noise complaints
15 – Person welfare / well-being checks
8 – Thefts
16 – Traffic complaints
5 – Trespass to property
26 – Unwanted persons
Road officers conducted approximately 27 routine traffic stops for various driving related concerns. Officers issued 22 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) over the weekend for various offences.
