Over the course of the weekend the Sarnia Police Service responded to 188 calls for service. Calls included the following:
9 – Alarms
7 – Ambulance Assists
6 – Domestic Disputes
5 – Family Disputes
6 – Mischief
4 – Motor Vehicle Collisions
7 – Noise Complaints
10 – Person Welfare / Well-Being Checks
9 – Thefts
14 – Trespass to Property
4 – Unwanted Persons
9 – Related to COVID 19 Enforcement/Warnings
Road officers conducted approximately 13 routine traffic stops for various driving related concerns. Officers issued 4 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) over the weekend for various offences none of which were related to breaches regarding COVID.
