Seven Individuals Face Charges Related to Cocaine Investigations

The Sarnia Police Service Vice Unit have been investigating a local female that has been trafficking cocaine within the City of Sarnia. As part of the investigation a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act search warrant was requested and granted for an address in the 200 block of Russell Street South.

On April 3, 2019, at approximately 8:55 pm, officers from the Vice unit along with assistance of the uniform patrol branch executed the warrant. Upon entering and searching the residence, four individuals were located and taken into custody.

A quantity of cocaine and currency were located and seized during the search.

Michelle Lee Havers, 42 years of age, and Alissa Jordan Havers, 24 years, were each charged with one count of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking while Brandon Michael Darcy, 25 years of age and William Joseph Green, 24 years of age, were charged with possession of cocaine.

On April 4, 2019, beginning at approximately 11:00 am, Vice officers were conducting surveillance of a complex parking lot in the 800 block of Devine Street regarding another investigation pertaining to the trafficking of cocaine.

At approximately 2:10 pm officers formulated grounds to arrest three suspects observed conducting a drug deal.

Three males were charged and each face one count of trafficking cocaine.

The three males are:

  1. David Earl Thompson, 45 years of age
  2. Kevin Alan Thompson, 42 years age
  3. Michael Peter Andrew-Sutherland, 20 years age.

Again officers located cocaine and currency.
