On January 5, 2019, at approximately 5:00 am, members of the Sarnia Police Service COPPS Unit were attempting to locate a male in the 700 block of Roger Street in the City of Sarnia. A search of the suspect located a stolen MasterCard, keys, and tools like a pry bar and screw drivers.

The accused, Jason James Gordon, 36 years of age, of Sarnia, has also been charged with resist a peace officer, possession of break and enter instruments, and possession of a stolen credit card. He was held for a bail hearing.
