As part of an ongoing Community initiative, the Sarnia Police Service Vice Unit has been gathering information that finally culminated in a warrant beginning requested to search a residence in the 300 block of Davis Street in the City of Sarnia.
On August 22, 2018, members of the Sarnia Police Service Vice Unit requested and were granted a warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. The warrant was executed at the residence shortly after 8:30 pm.
Upon entry into the residence two males, both from Sarnia, were arrested.
Kevin Ambrose Glysinski, 56 years of age, and Michael Robert Barnard, 58 years of age, have both been charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and have since been released on a Promise to Appear.
Also, due to the status of the interior of the residence, there are safety concerns present and various agencies in the community will be contacted.
The Sarnia Police Service appreciates the community’s assistance in this matter and continues to encourage the public to contact the Sarnia Police Service or Sarnia Lambton Crime Stoppers with information. Ultimately, with patience, diligence, and co-operation circumstances such as these can be dealt with.
