Sarnia Police Services Board and Police Chief Phil Nelson are currently in the process of developing the Sarnia Police Service Business Plan for the years 2013 – 2016. In an effort to determine a level of community satisfaction with the Sarnia police Service, the Board has once again engaged the services of Oraclepoll Research Limited to conduct a community satisfaction survey.
The information gathered through this process will be vital to the Board and the Chief in determining the perceptions of the community with respect to issues such as safety, victimization, accessibility of the Service, courtesy of staff, service levels and many other relevant issues. This information will assist in determining the direction of the police service over the course of the next three years.
It is anticipated that this survey will commence the week of April 29th, 2013.
