The man wanted for assault near John and Devine Streets a week ago was arrested today just after 9 AM. Joseph William Ronald Lucas, age 22, or Sarnia was arrested on South Mitton Street. He remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing on charges of Assault Cause Bodily Harm and Breach of Probation.
