Sarnia Police saw a relatively quiet start to 2015. Only two arrests were made by Sarnia Police between 8:00 PM on Dec. 31, 2014 and 5:00 AM on Jan. 1, 2015. Both arrests were of adult males for public intoxication.
During that time period there were slightly less than 40 calls for service. These calls included:
- Ambulance assistance 2
- Traffic complaint 3
- Unwanted person 1
- Domestic or Family dispute 4
- Alarm call 3
- Routine traffic stop 2
- Disturbance 6
- Motor vehicle collision 2
- Noise complaint 4
- Liquor violations 4
- Personal welfare check 1
- 911 Hang-up 1
- Theft complaint 1
