On Friday October 17, 2014 at about 1:40 pm a Sarnia C.O.P.P.S officer noticed a man wanted by police standing in front of a building in the 700 block of Roger Street. When the wanted man saw police he ran but was arrested after a foot chase. The man was arrested on an outstanding warrant and a search revealed several pills of suspected Oxy- Neo and morphine. A bag he was carrying contained gloves, a flashlight and an assortment of tools.
Robin Alexander MANESS 34 years old of Sarnia is facing charges including 3 counts possession of a Controlled Substance, possession of break in tools and two counts of breaching probation.
