Sarnia Police arrested a 52 year old Sarnia man for impaired driving shortly after 11:00AM on Thursday September 25, 2014. It appears the man had attended a liquor store shortly before and received a parking ticket while in the store. The man then decided to attend Sarnia Parking Authority to pay the ticket. Staff at the Parking Authority alerted police who arrested the man in his pick-up at Wellington Street at Brock Street.
The man provided breath samples which indicated he was three and one half times the legal limit. He was charged with Impaired Driving and Drive with More Than 80mg.
