On September 16, 2014 members of the Sarnia Police Service COPPS units attended an address on Tashmoo Ave where a wanted man was located. The accused was a Marshall J. MANESS (December 30, 1973) and was wanted for assault with a weapon. Mr. Maness surrendered without incident to police.
He was part of the first Fugitive Five List of 2014. Jonathan Gil LEITH (May 4, 1976) still has an outstanding warrant for fail to attend for fingerprints and assault and is the last person on the list.
