On Thursday July 24, 2014 at about 6:20PM Sarnia Police Service received a 911 call regarding an impaired driver. The female driver was first spotted at Brigden Sideroad and Michigan Line and then followed to a business on London Line. When police arrived they found the 54 year old female driver slumped over the steering wheel. She was arrested and taken to the Sarnia Police Station for a breath test. Breath samples indicated she was 2 ½ times the legal limit.
She faces charges including Impaired Driving and Driving With Over 80MG.
The Sarnia Police Service appreciates assistance from the public reporting impaired drivers.
