Earlier this week the Sarnia Police Service had reported a break and enter to the 1300 block of Lambton Mall Road in the City of Sarnia from June 11, 2014. Thanks to the public’s help two men were arrested in connection to the offence on June 11, 2014 in the 300 block area of Confederation St in the City of Sarnia after a warrant was executed and the property was found. They each face a number of charges related to the incident.
On June 12, 2014, The Sarnia Police Service Criminal Investigation Branch, through further investigation, were able to determine that a third man was in possession of some of the stolen property from Lambton Mall Road. The Criminal Investigation Branch then requested a warrant for a residence in the 500 block of London Road, in the City of Sarnia. There, further property from the break and enter was located along with one gram of crystal methamphetamine.
The 23 year old man was charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000, Breach of Probation and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was held for a bail hearing for this morning.
