On Friday June 6, 2014 at about 10:45 PM Sarnia Police were called to the 300 block of Exmouth Street in regards to a disturbance. The accused, a 32 year old Sarnia man, was intoxicated and causing problems at a residence. The man left before police arrived and officers could not locate him.
Police were called again at 11:30PM and located the intoxicated man on the front porch of a home. The man was extremely nasty to the officers who were offering him a ride to a friend’s home so he could sober up. He declined the offer and was told he was under arrest and would be held until sober. The man pushed one of the officers and attempted to flee. He was unsuccessful in his attempt to make his escape. As he was put into the cruiser he spit blood on the cruiser causing it to be taken out of service to be cleaned.
Once in cells the man continued to be belligerent and decided to urinate through the cell bars onto the floor. He faces charges of Resist Arrest and two counts Mischief Over $5000.00
