A 79 year old Sarnia woman is facing a charge of Dangerous Driving Causing Death in the collision that resulted in the death of 10 year old Jillian Keck. The incident occurred at the intersection of Cathcart Boulevard and Murphy Road on January 7, 2013. Hilda Minnis was arrested this morning at police headquarters. She was released a short time ago on an Officer in Charge Undertaking with conditions and will make her first court appearance on March 26, 2013.
The investigation remains on-going by the Sarnia Police Traffic Branch.
