Mr. LATOUR was last seen approximately 2 days ago in the City of Sarnia. He may be driving a 2002 black Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck with Ontario License plate BA68943.
Mr. LATOUR is described as a white male, approximately 5’10” and 140 pounds. He wears glasses and has short brown hair.
