As a result of work being conducted on the railroad tracks, St. Andrew Street will be closed for the morning while CN completes their work.
St. Andrew will be impassable at the tracks located just east of Vidal Street. All traffic to Scott Road and the eastern part of St. Andrew can only be accessed via Churchill Road.
