Over the course of the weekend the Sarnia Police Service responded to approximately 240 calls for service. Calls included the following:
7 – 911 Hang-ups
9 – Alarms
7 – Ambulance assists
10 – Disturb the peace
19 – Domestic disputes
7 – Family disputes
5 – Mischief
13 – Noise complaints
5 – Shoplifts
11 – Thefts
14 – Traffic complaints
8 – Trespass to property
7 – Unwanted persons
Road officers conducted approximately 22 routine traffic stops for various driving related concerns. Officers issued 25 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) over the weekend for various offences.
