Further to the information released this morning, Joshua William Tomlinson, 35 years of age, remains in custody secondary to a court appearance earlier today. Tomlinson has been in custody since January 27, 2021, when he was arrested regarding the murder of Allen Schairier.
Tomlinson’s next court appearance is on July 23, 2021, regarding the Schairier matter and September 13, 2021, regarding the Lumsden matter. Both court appearances will be via video.
