The Sarnia Police Service responded to approximately 205 calls for service over the course of the weekend. Calls included the following:
17 – Alarms
6 – Disturb the peace
14 – Domestic disputes
5 – Family disputes
5 – Mischief
7 – Noise complaints
12 – Person welfare / well-being checks
7 – Thefts
9 – Traffic complaints
5 – Trespass to property
24 – Unwanted persons
Road officers conducted approximately 36 routine traffic stops for various driving related concerns. Officers issued 29 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) over the weekend, for various offences.
