Over the course of the weekend the Sarnia Police Service responded to approximately 177 calls for service. Calls include the following:
7 – Ambulance Assists
4 – Disturb the Peace
10 – Domestic Disputes
8 – Motor Vehicle Collisions
7 – Noise Complaints
8 – Person Welfare / Well-Being Checks
4 – Shoplifters
12 – Thefts
7 – Traffic Complaints
6 – Trespass to Property
13 – Unwanted Persons
Road officers conducted approximately 35 routine traffic stops for various driving related concerns. Officers issued 16 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) over the weekend for various offences.
