Members of the Sarnia Police Service Vice office have been investigating the trafficking of methamphetamine and cocaine from a residence located on Mayfair Drive in the City of Sarnia.
Vice officers requested and were granted a search warrant for the residence on Mayfair Drive. On February 12, 2020, Vice officers were conducting surveillance on the residence when they observed one of the suspects leave the home in a motor vehicle. This suspect, Carlos Hubert Felix-Warde, 24 years of age, from Pickering, Ontario, was taken into custody at approximately 12 noon.
At approximately 12:20 PM, officers from the Vice Unit, Criminal Investigation Division, and Uniformed Patrol executed the warrant at the Mayfair residence. Inside the residence officers located a number of individuals who were all taken into custody.
As a result of a search officers located the following:
- 75 grams of powered cocaine with a street value of $7,500
- 49.12 grams of methamphetamine with a street value of $4,912
- 1.86 grams of Fentanyl with a street value of $930
The total value of drugs seized is approximately $13,342. Also seized was $1,580 in cash.
The following individuals have been charged accordingly:
- Ericka Nicole Jackson, 22 years of age, of Sarnia, faces three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking
- Sarah Marie Thwaites, 29 years of age, of Sarnia, faces three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking
- Nathaniel Kaidan Williams, 25 years of age, of Ajax, faces three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and one count of failing to comply with an order of release
- Kyle Adam Thompson, 29 years of age, of Sarnia, faces three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and 3 counts of breach of probation
- Carlos Hubert Felix-Warde, 24 years of age, of Pickering, faces three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking
- Dennis Arthur Free, 43 years of age, of Sarnia, faces three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking
- Tammi Rae Scalplock, 39 years of age, of Sarnia, faces three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking
All were held for a bail hearing later today.
