Over the course of the weekend the Sarnia Police Service responded to approximately 210 calls for service. Calls included the following:
16 – Alarms
10 – Ambulance Assists
7 – Disturb the Peace
9 – Domestic Disturbances
8 – Family Disputes
4 – Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle
8 – Noise Complaints
10 – Person Welfare / Well-Being
4 – Shoplifts
13 – Traffic Complaints
16 – Trespass to Property
17 – Unwanted Persons
Road officers conducted approximately 16 routine traffic stops for various driving related concerns. Officers issued 5 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) over the weekend for various offences.
