Over the course of the weekend the Sarnia Police Service responded to approximately 225 calls for service. Calls included the following:
11 – Alarms
11 – Ambulance Assists
8 – Disturb the Peace
17 – Domestic Disturbances
2 – Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle
7 – Motor Vehicle Collisions
9 – Noise Complaints
12 – Person Well-Being / Welfare Checks
8 – Shoplift
8 – Thefts
11 – Unwanted Persons
Road officers conducted approximately 46 routine traffic stops for various driving related concerns. Officers issued 30 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) over the weekend.
