On the evening of the 27th of May, 2019, information was shared amongst persons in the Sarnia area through social media applications regarding a suspicious man who had approached a young girl in the Bright’s Grove area.
This matter was investigated by the Sarnia Police Service Criminal Investigation Branch and it has subsequently been determined that no such incident occurred.
The Sarnia Police Service wish to assure the public that there is no threat to anyone’s’ safety.
