On Thursday, November 15, 2018, Joseph Albert Firlotte, 78 years of age, pleaded guilty to an indecent assault on a 13 year old girl 41 years ago.
The accused was sentenced in court yesterday and was placed on probation for two years and was handed a suspended sentence.
The Sarnia Police Service would like to speak to anyone that may have not come forward in the past regarding being a victim of Joseph Albert Firlotte and have them contact the Criminal Investigation Branch at 519-344-8861, extension 5300.
