Sarnia Police Service, in partnership with Community Safety Net, are advising Sarnia businesses that a representative from Community Safety Net will be in the Sarnia area over the next couple of months looking for sponsors to support a community oriented initiative that influences our collective quality of life.
The initiative is a book entitled “Drug Safety: Smart Choices for Life”, is a family resource manual that educates and protects our youth. This book will provide young people in our Service area with effective tools to resist drug use. It also offers parents practical ideas on raising drug-free children.
This book will be distributed to all students in the Value, Influences and Peers (VIP) Program in local schools.
